TenkiPay provides wallet, payment, collection, ticketing, remittance, business-finance, and agent-network services. This policy explains the personal data TenkiPay processes when you use its websites, applications, APIs, and assisted services.
Depending on the service and your role, TenkiPay may process:
The TenkiPay Agent app requests foreground precise location only when an authorized agent selects Capture accurate outlet pin. The app samples location for a short period, submits the best available coordinates with the reported accuracy and capture time, then stops. TenkiPay uses this evidence to review an agent outlet, publish a verified map pin, support navigation, and reduce location fraud.
The Agent app does not request background location for this feature. A captured pin is not published as verified until TenkiPay Finance reviews it. Mocked, stale, or low-confidence fixes are rejected.
On the public agent directory, Use my precise location is optional. The browser uses the location to centre the map and show nearby verified outlets. The precise customer position is not submitted as an agent-location record.
TenkiPay processes data to:
TenkiPay may share the minimum necessary data with regulated financial institutions, mobile-money providers, government payment channels, identity or compliance providers, infrastructure providers, auditors, professional advisers, and authorities where permitted or required by law. TenkiPay does not sell personal data or use it for cross-app advertising.
Records are retained according to applicable financial-services, AML, tax, dispute, audit, security, and legal requirements. Data that is not subject to a required retention period is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.
TenkiPay uses role-based access, encrypted transport, protected mobile credentials, transaction idempotency, strong authentication for sensitive operations, audit logging, monitoring, and controlled approval workflows. No system is risk-free; suspected account compromise should be reported immediately.
You may request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion review where applicable. Some wallet, transaction, KYC, security, or regulatory records cannot be deleted immediately because TenkiPay must retain them by law. Device permissions can be changed in operating-system or browser settings.
